This ordinance was presented for a first reading at the regular meeting of the Village Board
on June 1, 2021. At the June 15, 2021 regular meeting of the Village Board, a motion was
approved to continue the second reading of the subject ordinance to the July 6, 2021
regular meeting of the Village Board.
DLC Management Corporation, owners of Randhurst Village Shopping Center, propose to
continue the second reading of the ordinance approving the final plat of resubdivision for
Randhurst Center Resubdivision No. 2 to the July 20, 2021 regular meeting of the Village
Board. The additional time is being requested to address issues related to the proposed
resubdivision with Village staff.

Dear Lance:
I am writing regarding the above -referenced ordinance. At the Village of Mount Prospect's (the
"Village") June 1, 2021 Village Board meeting, the ordinance was set for further consideration at
the Village's June 15, 2021 Village Board meeting. At ownership's request, the Village deferred
further consideration of the ordinance until the July 6, 2021 Village Board meeting.
I am writing to ask for one additional deferral until the July 20, 2021 Village Board meeting. My
client had hoped to work with Village officials to address issues related to the ordinance and
proposed subdivision during the initial deferral period. Due to scheduling conflicts, they were
not able to accomplish this goal during this period of time. Accordingly, I am requesting an
additional two week deferral.
