B. A RESOLUTION HONORING EDWARD SPACAPAN
Mr. Spacapan is retiring having served High School
District 214 for 34 years, and as Principal of
Prospect High School since 1.973. (Exhibit A)
C• 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13
This Ordinance creates one additional Class "R"
liquor license for a new restaurant, Shin Jung,
at 1747 W. Golf Road; deletes one Class "A" liquor
license issued to Bringer Inn West, 1802 S. Elmhurst Rd;
and transfers Captain's Steak Joynt from a Class "L"
to a Class "S", since effective may 1, 1984, the
liquor license classification "L" has been eliminated. (Exhibit B)

ENTITLED "TAXICAB AND TAXICAB DRIVER'S LICENSES"
OF CHAPTER 11 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance establishes the procedures and rates
for taxicab service by senior citizens.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
AND TRKLA, PETTIGREW, ALLEN AND PAYNE
This Agreement authorizes the preparation of a study
on the Central. Business District for re -development
with the possibility of implementing a tax increment
financing district for such re -development.

This Ordinance sets forth specific regulations and

parking regulations.

This Ordinance consolidates and clarifies various
miscellaneous regulations.

ENTITLED "TRUANCY PROHIBITED" TO CHAPTER 23, ARTICLE VI
OF THE VILLAGE CODE
In line with the requests of school officials, this
Ordinance sets forth the regulations relative to
truancy.

F. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH TELE -COLLECTIONS, INC.
This Agreement authorizes the collection agency to
take the necessary steps to collect overdue fines

A. A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO CLOSE A STATE ROADWAY IN
ORDER TO CONDUCT A PARADE
This Resolution, as required by IDOT, requests the
closure of roadways in order to conduct the annual
