SUBMISSION OF AN ADVISORY REFERENDUM QUESTION ON
THE TAXPAYERS RELIEF ACT OF 1984 TO BE SUBMITTED
TO THE VOTERS OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
AT THE GENERAL PRIMARY ELECTION, MARCH 20, 1984 (Exhibit A,

B. Traffic Signal Agreements
The State of Illinois will be improving the traffic
signals at the following intersections:
a. Route 83 and Route 62 (Algonquin Road)
b. Route 83 and Dempster Street
The cost of this project will be paid by the State
with the Village paying for the installation of
Opticom equipment. The agreement is necessary to
assure the State that the Village will enforce all
traffic regulations on those roadways.
