Carboy Road, Village owned property B. Traffic Signal Agreements The State of Illinois will be improving the traffic signals at the following intersections: a. Route 83 and Route 62 (Algonquin Road) b. Route 83 and Dempster Street The cost of this project will be paid by the State with the Village paying for the installation of Opticom equipment.
