WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did
conduct a public hearing under Case lNo. 58-Z-76, on the 2nd day of
September , 1976 , on a request for a zoning classification change from R -X (Single
Family Residence District) to R-4 (IResidential Development District) of certain
property hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made and published in
the manner provided by law; and
Wh'EREAS the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect has
recommended to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
that the petitioner's request under said Case No - 58-Z-76 be, granted; and

WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did meet
on the 2nd day of September, 19706, at the hour of 8: 00 p.m., at the Mount Prospect
Public Safety Building Boardroon and did hear Case No. 59-V-76, pursuant to
proper legal notice; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of DJount Prospect did hear
this request to allow an increase in the density from 7.5 dwelling units, normally
allowed for property zoned R-4, to 12 dwelling units upon the subject property;

remain in effect subject to the variation granted herein:
That the density for the subject property be increased
from 7.5 dwelling units to 9 multi -family dwelling units
SECTION TWO: That all requirements of the Mount Prospect Building and
Zoning Codes shall be applicable except the variation noted in SECTION ONE
heretofore mentioned.
SECTION THREE: That the Director of Building and Zoning of the Village of
Mount Prospect is hereby authorized to issue a building permit for construction
in accordance with the variation hereinbefore mentioned.
SECTION FOUR: That the variation granted by this Ordinance shall be null
and void and of no force and effect whatsoever unless an application for a
building permit pursuant to such variation is made and construction commenced
within one (1) year of the date this said Ordinance becomes effective.

a public hearing under Case No. 64-V-76, on the 28th day of October, 1976 3, at the
hour of 8: 00 p.m. , in the Mount Prospect Village Hall, pursuant to proper legal
notice; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect heard
testimony presented under Case No. 64-V-76 pertaining to a request for a certain
variation from the Mount -'Prospect Zoning Ordinance to permit the erection of three (3)
antennae towers upon the subject property, which towers shall not exceed a total

WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did meet

SECTION THREE: That the Director of Building and Zoning of the Village of Mount
Prospect is hereby authorized to issue a building permit for construction in accord-
ance with the variation hereinbefore mentioned.
SECTION FOUR,: That the variation granted by this Ordinance shall be null and void
and of no force and effect whatsoever unless an application for a building permit pur-
suant to such variation is made and construction commenced within one (1) year of
the date this said Ordinance becomes effective.
