DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTIES COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE COLONY.
BE IT ORDAINED By THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRIIISTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT , COOK COUNTY . ILLINOIS :
SECTION ONE: That Section Two of Ordinance No. 2424 be and the same is hereby
amended by substituting an entirely new exhibit for and in place of Exhibit III to
Exhibit B of said Section Two; which substituted exhibit r hereto and here-
by made a part hereof as Exhibit
SECTION TWO ' : That Map 47-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount
Prospect , as amended , be and the sc-Ame i further ,,im ended by reclassify-
ing from B-3 (Retail and Service) District to R-4 (Residential Development)
trict the following described property:
Part of Lot 1 of The Colony being a Subdivision of part of the Southeast
Quarter ( 1 4) of the Southeast Quarter ( -1) of Section 23, Township 41 North,

Range 11, Past of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois,
described as follows: Starting at the intersection of the North line of the
South 50 feet of said Southeast Quarter 0) with a line which is 50 feet West
of and parallel with the East line of said Section 23; thence Westerly along
said North line a distance of 717.43 feet; thence Northerly 90 degrees a
distance of 544 feet to a point of beginning; thence continuing Northerly
226 feet; thence Easterly 90 degrees a distance of 165 feet,- thence Souther-
ly 90 degrees a distance of 226 feet; thence Westerly 90 degrees a distance
of 165 feet to the point of beginning.

above.
SECTION FOUR.- That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage , approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
