BE IT. ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ,$ COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That all land and territory legally described as follows. to -wit: The South 253 feet of the West 125 feet of the East 358 feet of the Northwest Quarter (1) of the Northwest Quarter (4) of the South- west Quarter (4) of Section 11, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, together with The South 11 feet of Lot 4 and all of Lots 5 and 6 in Willson and Florence's Country Club Subdivision of the East 233 feet (as mea- sured on the North line) Of the Northwest Quarter (4) of the North- west Quarter (4) of the Southwest Quarter (4) of Section 11, Town- ship 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, rtl All of the 33 foot public street lying East of and adjoining the afore- said South 11 feet of Lot 4 and all of Lots 5 and 6 and the public street, being the South 33 feet of the East 233 of the Northwest Quar- ter (1) of the Northwest Quarter (4) of the Southwest Quarter (4) of Section 11, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, all in Cook County, Illinois, which territory is not presently within the boundaries of any municipality but is in the unincorporated territory of Cook County, is contiguous to the Village of Mount Pros- pect, is wholly surrounded by the Village af Mount Prospect , and comprises 2.03 acres and Is, therefore, less than sixty (60) acres in size; be and, Is hereby annexed, to the Village of Mount Prospect so that hereafter said territory shall be included within the boundary lines and limits of the Village of Mount Prospect -- as is by law in such case made and provided. N SECTION TWO: That Map 13-5 contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 2410 passed and approved March 20, 1973, be amended to reflect the extension of the corporate limits of the Village of Mount Prospect to include the property herein- above described and hereby annexed. SECTION THREE: That the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect is hereby directed to file in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois, a certi- fied copy of this Ordinance, together with an accurate map of the territory annexed. SECTION FOUR: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law. AYES: NAYS: PASSED this day of 1975.
