A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION

WHER-EAS, the Petitioner, 200 Rand Road Property,has requested approval of a Plat of
Resubdivision titled 200/204 W. Rand Plat of Resubdivision for the purpose of consolidating two lots into
a single lot of record that are under the same ownership;
WHER]EAS, Section 15.310 of the Village Code allows for such action and the Village Staff has
recommended approval of the subdivision;
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SEC,"'r'10"N ONE-. That the subdivision consolidates two lots into a single lot of record and is hereby granted
for the property at 200 & 204 W. Rand Road, and the 200/2-4 W. Rand Plat of Resubdivision attached to
this Resolution as Exhibit is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and
its legal description are incorporated into,, and made a part of, this Resolution.
SECFION "rwo: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval
in the manner provided by law.
