ZBA 40-V-84, Crystal Court Shopping Center lst reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS CRYSTAL COURT SHOPPING CENTER This Ordinance grants a variation to permit an 8 foot high fence to be a slatted chain link fence, rather than constructed of wood. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended approval by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit B) B. ZBA 42-V-84, 406 North Fairview lst reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 406 N. FAIRVIEW This Ordinance grants a variation to permit a replacement garage within 2 feet of the side lot line, rather that the required 5 feet. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended approval ofthis request 5-0. (Exhibit C) C. ZBA 43-V-84, 2020 East Camp Mc Donald Road I reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2020 CAMP MC DONALD ROAD The variations granted in this Ordinance include: a fence in the front yard; front yard area less than the required 30 feet and continued existence of parking spaces and wood deck in the front yard; to pe rit a rear yard of less than 20 feet- to provide mi for 15 parking spaces rather than the required 18; and to eliminate the truck loading dock. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended 5-0 to grant the variations. (Exhibit D) D.
