AND CONFIRMING THE SALE THEREOF, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION" AND DELIVERY OF A LOAN AGREEMENT, A MORTGAGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, AN ASSIGNMENT AND AGREEMENT, A BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND RELATED DOCUMENTS This Ordinance is the final sten for the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds for Lees' Marketing in an mount not to exceed $844,440. (Exhibit A) B. lst reading of AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE FINANCING BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, OF AN INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND SERIES 1984 (ROSCOR CORPORATION) AND CONFIRMING THE SALE THEREOF, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A LOAN AGREEMENT, A MORTGAGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, AN ASSIGNMENT .AND AGREEMENT, A BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND RELATED DOCUMENTS This Ordinance will authorize the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bands not to exceed $2,540,444 for Roscor Corporation. (Exhibit B) A. Safety Commission Report: 1. Request from resident for a 4 -way STOP at See Gwun and Sunset. Safety Commission recommends denial of the request. 2. Request from resident to remove school day crossing restriction and crosswalk signals at Ironwood and Sycamore. Safety Commission recommends denial of request. 3. Request from Business Development and Re -development Commission to remove NO TURN ON RED restriction at Prospect Avenue and Main Street (Rt. 83). Safety Commission recommends denial of request. A. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXCHANGE OF MUNICIPAL EQUIPMENT OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT Inasmuch as the Village has had problems with a piece of snow plow equipment, the manufacturer will exchange the plow at no cost.
