ISSUANCE OF $1,2003,000 OF INDUSTRIAL REVENUE
BONDS FOR XYTEL CORPORATION
Pursuant to Resolution No. 28-81,, passed
August 4, 1981, the Village entered into an
Agreement with Xytel Corporation for Industrial
Revenue Bonds to finance cDnstruction of a
building within the Kensington Center for
Business.
B. Ist reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18
(TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE VILLAGE CODE
In line with the Busse/Wille improvement, this

C. Ist,re'ading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18
(TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE VILLAGE CODE
As recommended by the Safety Commission, and
concurred to by the Village Board, this Ordinance
will remove the "No Parking" regulation on
Gregory Street between Elm and William Streets. (Exhibit D)
D. Ist reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 31435, AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR
THE ISSUE OF A $25,000 UNLIMITED AD VALOREM TAX
BOND OF SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NUMBER 3 OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
AND THE LEVY OF A DIRECT ANNUAL TAX SUFFICIENT TO
PAY THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON SAID BOND
Inasmuch as collection of the taxes for the
Busse/Willie improvement will commence with the
1981 real estate tax bills, one year earlier
than originally provided for, this Ordinance
will amend the collection schedule. (Exhibit E)

ORDINANCE NO. 31445 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR
THE ISSUE OF A $505000 UNLIMITED AD VALOREM TAX
BOND OF SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NUMBER 4 OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS,
AND THE LEVY OF A DIRECT ANNUAL TAX SUFFICIENT TO
PAY THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON SAID BOND
This Ordinance will amend the collection
schedule as in the preceeding Ordinance.

VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL
RISK MANAGEMENT AGENCY (IRMA)
As required, by the By --Laws of IRMA, representatives
to the Beard of Directors of IRMA must be appointed.
This Resolution appoints Terrance L. Burghard as
representative with John Hedstrom- as the alternate
representative on the Board of Directors of IRMA.
