This ordinance will increase by one (1) the number
of Class "R" liquor licenses for Yasuke Corp.,
1824 W. Algonquin Road. This license will be
issued upon full compliance with all Village Codes.

2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
FOR PROPERTY AT 302 E. NORTHWEST HIGHWAY
Pursuant to the recommendation of the Zoning Board
"of Appeals, concurred by the Village Board, this
Ordinance will grant a special use for this
existing service station to expand its services.

2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 14
ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE" OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance will authorize a zoning compliance
fee, as recommended by the Zoning Board of Appeals
and concurred with by the Village Board.

A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE DONATION OF LOT 308
IN KENSINGTON CENTER PHASE THREE -A FROM RAUENHORST
CORPORATION TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
In accordance with the Annexation Agreement,
Rauenhorst is donating land to the Village of
Mount Prospect-.

IX. NEWIBUSINESS
A. The following recommendation came from the
October 5th meeting of the Safety Commission:
1. Amend 18-2009, to delete reference to
"No Parking" signs on north side of
Gregory Street between Elm and William Streets.
B. Semar's Subdivision, Chris Lane at Meier Road
Recommendation from Planning Commission to grant
specifiedvariationsfrom the Developm'ent Code.
C. Police Information Management System
Consider a motion authorizing the Mayor and
Chief of Police to sign and Clerk to attest an
Agreement between the Village and the Illinois
Law Enforcement Commission to provide the
installation of a police management information
system. This matter was discussed at the
November 10th Committee of the Whole meeting.
X MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Bid:
1. Furnishing leak detection and location
survey of various water distribution mains
within the Village.
B. Well #11, Mount Prospect Country Club
Consider a motion for immediate repairs to Well #11
at a cost not to exceed $25,000.
