Held in VoMP Parking Garage
Call to Order 9:05 am
Members in Attendance Maura Drew, Fred Steinmiller, Jill Friedrichs, Teresa VanOpdorp, Tarina Wimmer,
Vicki Busse, Haley Schecter, Brian Lambel, Christina Greco, Sandy DiCaro and
Mike Cassady
Members Absent Brenda Sawyer
Guests Chris Frederick (Potential Member), Grant/Cole/Trent VanOpdorp and Declan Drew
Motion to accept the Minutes from September 5, 2020 SEC meeting made by
Fred Steinmiller, seconded by Haley Schecter. No discussion. Motion approved unanimously.
Treasurer Report Nothing has changed money -wise, still not correct.
House Decorating The process was explained to Chris. Haley Schecter has agreed to be chair of this event.
VoMP Gala Dinner
-The categories and letters has been updated.
-The poll sent to members was compiled and reviewed at this meeting.
-Have event at downtown Mount Prospect restaurants.
-Tres Zeros, Station 34, LePeep, Emerson, Canta Napoli, Mrs. P & Me and Sam's Place
-Numbers per restaurant will also depend on entertainment offered at that venue.
-Timeline decided set-up 4:30 and event run from 5:30 to 10:30.
-Discussion held on restaurants and a "to -go" option at the Pocket Park (Hubby's Hot Dogs)
-Vote on Draft Picks to be included in selected restaurants.
Results are: Include 6, Do Not Include 4
New Business Still looking for chairman/men for the SEC.
