A. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE VI OF
CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
This Ordinance will prohibit parking on the north side of
Sha Bonee Trail between We Go and See Gwun , pursuant
to the recommendation of the Safety Commission

IX. NEW BUSINESS
A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT
As in the past, the Village would like to dispose of
miscellaneous property no longer needed or outdated , at the
Annual Nubicipal Sale conducted by the Northwest
Muni*cipal Conference. This Ordinance would authorize
the sale of the specified items.

A. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT
TO THE MSD AGREEMENT
This Resolution will permit recreational activities at the 35 acre
retention site (Central and Busse Roads) (Exhibit J)
B. A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A
SEWER USER CHARGE
This Ordinance is a requirement of the U. S. Environmental,
Protection Agency for the Village's sewer rehabilitation program. (Exhibit K)

A. Magmimils Plat of Subdivision, 705 E. Rand Road
This plat Will put the subject property 'into one lot of record,
in accordance with the ordinances of the Village and pursuant
to the recent zoning granted by the Village Board.
B . Acceptance of public improvements - Kensington Center., Phase I
In accordance With the Development Code, public improvements
installed at the subject location have been inspected and meet
requirements. It 'is therefore necessary to officially accept
the public improvements installed in Phase I of the
KensinLrton Center Development.
