A. Sunrise Pancake House, 903 East Rand Road
A request has been made to create a Class R liquor license
for the Sunrise Pancake House. Information previously
distributed.
B. Godfather's Pizza, Mount Prospect Plaza
A request has been - received to create a Class W liquor license
for this pizza establishment, proposed, to be located within
the Mount Prospect Plaza. Information attached.

VIII OLD BUSINESS
A. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE � GRANTING SPECIFIED
'VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 218 S. LOUIS ST.
This Ordinance reflects the action of the Village Board in
approving the request under ZBA 6-V-81, allowing for the
expansion of an existing driiveway.
B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY NORTH
OF RAND ROAD AND EAST OF GREGORY STREET EXTENDED
This 21.41 acre parcel is located east of Business Center Drive,
north of Rand Road and is completely surrounded by the
corporate limits of the Village.

A. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 'EXECU TION OF A MEMORANDUM
OF AGREEMENT WITH XYTEL CORPORATION
Xytel Corporation has requested industrial revenue bonds
for $2.,0009000 to purchase and construct a building in
K.ensington Center.

relt. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE VI OF
CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
Pursuant to the recommendation of the Safety Commission, this
Ordinance will prohibit parking on the north side of
Sha Bonee Trail between We Go and See Gwun. (Exhibit D)
X. MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Consultant Engineer,, water storage tank at Northwest Hwy.
and Maple St.
Consider a motion to authorize a contract between
Baxter & Woodman and the Village of Mount Prospect to
oversee the painting of the water storage tank, at a cost
not to exceed $6,000.
B. Consultant Engineer , Weller Creek Improvement
Consider a motion authorizing a contract between
Norman J. Toberman Assoc. and the Village of Mount Prospect
for inspectional services at the Weller Creek improvement
at a cost not to exceed $11,000.
C. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE RAUENHORST CORPORATION REGARDING
INSTALLATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF ON-SITE
IMPROVEMENTS
At the time of acceptance of Kensington Center,, Phase 111,
the Village of Mount Prospect agreed in principle to assume
dedication of on-site improvements upon their completion.
The proposed Agreement formalizes that understanding- (Exhibit E)
D. Request fromFire Department, to waive bilddmig.-procedure-
in order to purchase specialized replacement parts for the.
repair of the ladder truck., at a cost not to exceed ,$4,100.
