OLD BUSINESS
A. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance implements components of the Village's new "Residential
Intersection Traffic Control" program and the "Residential Speed Limit"
program for Zone 12.
(By a vote of 5-0 the Village Board approved deferral of the second reading
until the June 5, 2007 Village Board meeting.)
NEW BUSINESS
A. PZ-09-07, 501 Midway Drive, Niagara Foundation
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR
NIAGARA EDUCATIONAL SERVICES, INC., 501 MIDWAY DRIVE
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to operate a Community Center
and school at 501 Midway Drive, Niagara Foundation. The Planning and Zoning
Commission recommended approval by a vote of 7-0.
B.
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN OF 2007 FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the update of the
Comprehensive Plan and Land Use Map by a vote of 7-0.
C.
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO A DETERMINATION
OF THE PREVAILING WAGE RATES
This Ordinance, required by the State of Illinois, adopts the prevailing wages
established by the State of Illinois for public works projects provided by
contractors.
