Four Seasons Restaurant, 299 West Central Road A new corporation is taking ownership of this restaurant and have submitted a -request to continue bperation 'under the existing Class 111311 liquor license C. OLD BUSINESS A. 2nd reading of AN-ORDIN`ANCE DESIGNATING AN ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NORTHWEST SUBURBAN MUNICIPAL JOINT ACTION WATER AGENCY As required by the By -Laws of the Agency, this Ordinance is necessary to designate Gerald Farley as the Village's alternate representative on the Board of Directors of the Agency. (Exhibit A) B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE This Ordinance will create a Class "B" liquor license for The Scotland Yard Restaurant, 253 East Rand Road, and will delete a Class "W" liquor license issued to Sizzlers', 110 East Rand Road, since that restaurant has closed. (Exhibit B) C. Ist reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIFIED VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 218 S. LOUIS ST. This Ordinance reflects the action of the Board in approving the request under ZBA 6-V-81, allowing for the expansion , of an existing driveway. (Exhibit C) D. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CATV FRANCHISE lal Ordinance No. 3120 established the procedures for Cable T.V. in Mount Prospect. This Resolution authorizes the Village to enter Mito an agreement with Cablenet, the company the Village has selected to install and operate such a system in the community. (Exhibit D) E. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING CERTAIN PREVAILING WAGES TO BE PAID FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS As required by law, this Ordinance is adopted annually. (Exhibit E) F. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1981 This Ordinance adopts the newly up-dated Mum"cipal Code for the Village. (Exhibit F) IX. OLD BUSINESS A. 1st rimding of -AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY NORTH OF RAND ROAD AND EAST OF GREGORY STREET EXTENDED.T0 THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This 21.41 acre parcel iis located east of Business Center Drive, just south of Kensington Center. (Exhibit G) B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT The Fire Department would like to sell 18 Plectron radio receivers inasmuch as these units are obsolete and have been replaced. Staff report attached. (Exhibit H) X. MANAGER'S REPORT A. Bid Results: 1. Weller Creek Channel Improvement B. Well 17, Camp McDonald and Elmhurst Roads Consider a motion to waive the bidding process for immediate repairs to Well #17 for a price not to exceed pursuant to prior Board direction. C. Semarls, Subdivision, Chris Lane at Meier Road Consider a motion reaffirming the requirement of the Development Code to install two street lights within the Semar's Subdivision.
