APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING HELD MARCH 19, 1985 V. APPROVAL OF BILLS B., ZBA 13-V-85, Prospect Avenue & Edward Street This case deaf with the possible violations of various variations granted in Ordinance No. 3065. The Zoning Board of .Appeals recommended 6-0 to have the Village enforce all aspects of this Ordinance. C A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THE FOREST RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT This Resolution authorizes emergency fire and ambulance services to this District. The Agreement has been amended, pursuant to the advice of the Village � A►t-torney, to include all items previously discussed. (Exhibit C IX. NEW BUSINESS an A. lst reading of AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT LAND LYING IN SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EASE OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS A petition, has been submitted by the owners of this single family residence at 3030 Lynn Court (Briarwood area) for annexation. Legal notices have been sent pursuant to law. (Exhibit D) B. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A NON -DISTURBANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WALGREEN CO., OAK PARK TRUST & SAVINGS BANK AND THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS WITH RESPECT TO WALGR.EEN'S .ASSUMPTION OF A CERTAIN LEASE AGREEMENT IN THE MOUNT PROSPECT PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER. This Agreement pertains to the former K -Mast Stare in the Plaza, being the lease holder, and permits the Walgreen's computer center to locate in this vacant premises. (Exhibit E) C. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (MOUNT PROSPECT PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER) This Resolution accepts the proposal submitted by Property Consultants Inc. in the amount of $39,947.00 for a marketing study of the Mount Prospect Plaza. (Exhibit F) A RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO THE NORTHWEST MUNICIPAL CABLE COUNCIL (INTERGOVERNMENE CABLE COUNCIL) This Resolution extends the term of this Council for an additional. year and, expresses the Fact that the Village will lend financial support to the Council. (Exhibit G) E. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE This Ordinance authorizes the disposal of a 1933 fire truck, used for garage purposes, awned by the Village and to waive any bidding procedures in order to sell each of this equipment to a specific bidder. (Exhibit H) VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF THE TENTATIVE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT '.AND FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION; AND HEARING THERON This Resolution fulfills the requirement to announce that the 1985-86 budget is available for inspection and. establishes April 16th as the date for a public hearing.(Exhibit J) B. lst reading of AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN ANNUAL BUDGET FOR. THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR THE FISCAL, YEAR COMMENCING MAY jr 1985 TO APRIL 30, 1986 IN LIEU OF PASSAGE OF AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE Second reading of this Ordinance will take place on April 16, 1985, immediately following the public hearing on the proposed 1985-86 annual budget.
