Both surveys were required as the result of a show cause hearing with they Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago (MSD) , and finally an order mandating the Village to take corrective actions to reduce our infiltra- tion/inflows into our separate sanitary sewer system as specified by the MSD. a A. The findings were broken down into two major areas; public sewer main and an. ii,f,],,ow :sot irces, and private property sources.
