Attached to this Agenda is the Quarterly Report prepared
by the Finance Director, David Jepson. He will be

I. FRIVOLOUS COMPLAINTS,
Trustee Wattenberg requested that this matter be on the
next Committee of the Whole Agenda to advise the rest
of the Committee of the Whole of the policy on the
administration's reluctance to reveal'complainants'
names in neighborhood disputes.
