Below are amounts already expended and projected amounts needed: Amount budgeted for trimming trees $802000.00 Tree contract amount with Fels Johnson $64,757.75 Amounts expended as of 10/30/80 for trimming completed 47J70.00 Balance remaining on contract 171,587.75 Projected funds required to complete planned trimming areas in excess of original contract $ 5t412.25 Total proposed trimming contract $701,170.00 Emergency storm damage work (expended summer 1980) $2,349.00 Rental of Prentice Loader (DE removal & storm damage) $7,200.00 99549.00 - $79,719.00 $ 281.00 You will note that we will have to spend a total of approximately $70,170.00 on trimming alone, as opposed to the $64,757.75 contract amount as bid.
