WHEREAS, the Board of Education of Community Consolidated School District~' ~
No. 59, Cook County, Illinois, did, in accordance with Section 7-1-14, Chapter
24 of th& Illinois Revised Statutes, adopt a Resolution recommending the annex-
ation of real estate hereinafter described to the Village of Mount Prospect,
which Resolution did contain all requisit requirements so as to comply with the
Statutes made and provided, and,

AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING SCHOOL PROPERTY TO THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, a copy of said Resolution was duly delivered to the Village Clerk
of the Village of Mount Prospect, and
WHEFEAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect, County of Cook, Illinois, do believe it to be to the best interests
of the Village that the properties hereinafter described be in fact annexed
to the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COUNTY OF COOK, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE:
That the territory and lands hereinafter described:
The East 330.86 feet of Lot 4 in
Meier Brothers Subdivision of parts
of Sections 10 and 15, Township 41
North, Range 11 East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois

being contiguous to the Village of Mount Prospect, being without the corporate
limits of any other municipality and having no electors residing thereon and
which has been duly petitioned for via Resolution adopted by Community Consoli-
dated School District 59, Cook County, Illinois, mentioned above, which School
District is the beneficial owner of said property, be and is hereby annexed and
made a part of the Village of Mount Prospect.
SECTION TWO: That the boundary lines of the Village of Mount Prospect be
hereby enlarged and extended so as to include within its corporate boundaries
the above described real estate.
SECTION THREE: That the Village Clerk is directed to file a certified
copy of this ordinance together with an accurate map of the above territory
with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
SECTION FOUR: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner prescribed by law.
