The new owners of Grandpa's Pizza Pub,
71.2 East Northwest Highway, has requested.a Class -"R"
license. The restaurant presently holds a Class "W".
liquor license.

A. PUBLIC HEARING
This Public Hearing, continued from the last Board
meeting, is for the purpose of considering an
Annexation Agreement with Arrow Road. Construction,
3401 S. Busse Road.
B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18
(Traffic Cade) OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance reflects the recommendations of the
Safety Commission and Village Beard to delete the
parking restrictions on Albert Street, between
Central and Henry, and to add parking restrictions
on Gregory, between Main & Wille.
C. lst reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE
ISSUANCE OF INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS IN THE AMOUNT
OF 1,150,000.00 FOR XYTEL CORPORATION
In line with, previous action by the Village Beard.,
and passage of Resolution No.28-81, authorizing a
Memorandum of .Agreement with Xytel Corporation,
this {ordinance will be the final step in order to
issue the bonds.

1. 30,000 GB W Chassis for truck
B. Proposal to contract -out janitorial services
for Village buildings.
C. lst reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE
BORROWING OF $181y251.00 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF A FIRE TRUCK
This Ordinance authorizes the final payment for
the Fire Department ladder truck. The Village
Board accepted the low bid submitted by Essential
Services Sales, Inc. on October 6, 1981, for a
total cost of $236,251-00. (Exhibit

B. ZBA 37 -A -82f Text Amendment Zoning
This case is a request to amend the
Ordinance to place.a height restriction of 70 feet
on radio and television antenna towers in I-1
Districts. The Planning Commission and Zoning
Board of Appeals recommends approval.
C., ZBA 38 -Z -82F 39 -SU -82r40 -V-82, 1790 W. Algonquin Road
These requests are to re -zone property presently
zoned B-3 to B-4 in order to establish a restaurant
where a vacant gas station now stands; to grant a
special use to allow a drive -up window; and use
portions of the front and rear yard for improvements.
The Zoning Board of Appeals voted in favor of the -
requests.
