This Ordinance authorizes the use of the subject
property as a group care dome.

This Ordinance acknowledges the need to demolish the
Village owned building at 33-35 South Main Street.,
presently used by V & G Printers, and expand the
municipal parking lot presently on that parcel.

Upon reviewing the site plan for the building at
406 W. Central, Selke & Associates, for a pending
building permit, it was determined that the building
