This Ordinance deletes one Class "W" liquor license,
created for Grandpa -Is Pizza and Pasta Pub,. .
712 East Northwest Highway, and increases the
Class "R" liquor licenses by one for Amigo's
Restaurant at the same location. (Exhibit A)

E., lst reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE
AMENDMENT OF THE NORTHWEST SUBURBAN MUNICIPAL
JOINT ACTION WATER AGENCY AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING
THE WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENT
As discussed at the Committee of the Whole, this
Ordinance authorizes certain amendments to the
Agency Agreement. (Exhibit 0)
IX. MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Status Report
X. NEW BUSINESS
A. A motion to express the intent of the Village
relative to the method of financing the construction
of the pipeline and related costs in conjunction
with the acquisition of Lake Michigan water.
B. PUBLIC HEARING
This Public Hearing, called pursuant to proper legal
notice, was continued from the November 9th
Committee of the Whole meeting. The purpose of this
Public Hearing is to consider the applications
receiving from two comVanies to establish taxi -cab
operations within the Village.
C. Sign Ordinance
The preliminary Sign Ordinance, with amendments
recommended by the Zoning Board of Appeals, as well
as the comments from the Planning Commission and
Business Development and Re -Development Commission
are presented for Village Board review prior to this
amendment to the Village Code being placed in final
ordinance form.
D. Amendment to Comprehensive Plan -
A request has been received to re -zone the Bond
School property (Wolf Road, south of Kensington Road)
from R-1 to B-2, and to re -zone the property just
south of Bond School. In accordnance with the Village
Code, such a zoning change would require an amendment
to the Comprehensive Plan, which would require the
Village Board to direct the Planning Commission to
hold a public hearing prior to an application being
considered by the Zoning Board of Appeals for re -zoning.
F. A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS
This is the final step involved with the installation
of a traffic signal at Euclid and Burning Bush Lane,
appropriating the funds, as required by IDOT. (Exhibit P)
F. Safety Commission recommendations
The Safety Commission met November 1st and has
submitted the following recommendations to amend
the Traffic Code.
1. Amend Section 18-2004.B, to include a YIELD
sign on Palm Drive, east and westbound, at
Robert Drive.
2. Amend Section 18.2001, to restrict the speed
limit on Centennial Drive, east and westbound,
entire jurisdiction, to 20 MPH, instead of
the existing 30 MPH.
