OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinances creates an additional Class "R" and
Class "W" liquor licenses.- Class "R." for Show Biz
Pizza, 1500 S. Elmhurst Road and Class "W" for
the new restaurant at 20 W. Northwest Highway
(formerly Dunkin Dbnuts).

This Public Hearing is held, pursuant to proper
legal notice, for the purpose of presenting and
discussing an Annexation Agreement for property
located at 3401 S. Busse Road, which property is
known as Arrow Road Construction Company.

ENTITLED "METER USER RATES" OF CHAPTER 22
This Ordinance increases the water rate from
$1.53 to $1.97 per thousand gallons, which increase

This Ordinance will increase the cost of the Village

This request is for a variation to permit enlarging
an existing driveway. The Zoning Board of Appeals
recommends app?,L-(-)val of the request.
B. The following recommendations were made by the
Safety Commission at their September 13th meeting:
1. Request for traffic signal at Algonquin Road &
Briarwood Drive. The Safety Commission
recommending no action be taken on this r:ecpies®.
2. Request to prohibit parking on Gregn.ry Stre'r-tE
between Main & WjJle Streets, north side..
The Safety Commission recommends the Traffic
Code be amended to prohibit parking on both
the north and south side of Gregory between
Main & Wille Streets.
3. Request to prohibit parking between 2 AM and
6 AM on Albert Street, between Central Road
and Henry Street,. The Safety Commission
recommends the Traffic Code be amended to
delete 'No Parkinq 6 PM to 6 A. and insert
'No Parking 2 AM 6 AM'.
4. Request for street light at Dogwood & Juniper
The Safety Commission recommends the Village
author.ize installation of a street light at
intersection of Dogwood and Juniper.
