RESOLUTION NO. /7-7/

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, an easement for public utilities upon certain land described in
Exhibit I hereto is necessary for the use of the Village of Mount Prospect
for its sewer and water mains; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have granted and consented
to grant the easement legally described upon EXhibit I attached hereto;
and
vJHEREASJ the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of l''1ount
Prospect believe it to be in the best interests of the Village of Mount
Prospect;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Hount Prospect hereby accept and the Clerk of the Village of Mount Pros-.
pect is hereby authorized to record the GRANT OF EASEMENT attached here-
to and made a part hereof as Exhibit I.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
