This Ordinance deletes Wa Pa Ghetti's and Grandpa's,
both Class "W" licenses, and reclassifies Shogun

A SPECIAL USE TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF A GASOLINE
SERVICE STATION ON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
B-3 BUSINESS RETAIL AND SERVICE DISTRICT, AS
ZONED, IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
In line with the recommendation of the Zoning
Board of Appeals and Village Board, this Ordinance
provides for a ,special use on property commonly
known as 1.740 West Dempster Street. (Exhibit B)

This Ordinance sets forth the recommendations of
the Zoning Board of ,Appeals and Village Board to
authorize specified variations for the subject
property. (Exhibit. C)

This Ordinance grants a variation for a sign
exceeding the allowable size, in accordance
with'the recommendation of the Zoning Board of
Appeals and Village Board. (Exhibit D)
IX. MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Kensington Center Phase III -A. Easement Agreement
As required by the Public Works Department, easements
are required for access to the water service line
shut -offs, this Agreement satisfies the Village's
requirements.

A. l s t reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE
OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance authoriz,es the sale of specified
items owned by the Village, which items will be
sold by auction at the annual Public Works Open
House on May 22, 1982.
B. lst reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORINIG THE SALE
OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance authorizes the sale of various
it to the highest bidder. Sealed bids
will be submitted to the Village Manager.
I. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
A. Peace Reformed Church, Plat of Subdivision
As required by the Village Code, property must
be located on a lot of record before building
permits are issued. This Church has requested a
permit for a new sign. The plat also accomplishes
the dedication of on quilt Boulevard at Meier Road,
which dedication was made by the Church some years
ago.
B. Kensington Center Resubdivision VIII
In order to facilitate a prospective client, it
is necessary to provide an additional 20 feet on
one lot, decreasing the size of another, which
action requires this plat of resubdivision.
