ZBA 1-A-82, Text Amendment 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 ENTITLED "ZONING" OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance establishes zoning regulations for the placement of amusement devices and Game Rooms. (Exhibit A) B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 "ENTITLED "TRAFFIC CODE" OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance provides for increased penalties for specified violations. (Exhibit B) C. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 ENTITLED "BUILDING/FIRE CODE" OF THE VILLAGE CODE In line with the preceding Ordinance, this provides for an increased fine for violating the fire lane provision. (Exhibit C) D. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 ENTITLED "VEHICLE LICENSES" OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance increases the fine for not purchasing a Village vehicle sticker. (Exhibit D) E. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 ENTITLED "ANIMALS" OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance increased the specified fines for various violations. (Exhibit E) PUBLIC HEARING This Public Hearing.is held pursuant to proper legal notice for the purpose of considering an Annexation Agreement for property commonly known as "Lincoln Circle Estates Subdivision"" located south of Lincoln west of Meier Road. ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY LYING IN SECTION 10i TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS "LINCOLN CIRCLE ESTATES" This Resolution sets for the various items agreed to between the developer and the Village for the annexation of the subject property. (Exhibit F) H. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS "LINCOLN CIRCLE ESTATES SUBDIVISION" This Ordinance accomplishes the annexation of the property being the subject of the preceding Annexation Agreement. (Exhibit G) I. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (10 -AS) Pursuant to the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals and Village Board, this Ordinances grants R-1 zoning, f ' rom R -X. (Exhibit H) J. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIFIED VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS "LINCOLN CIRCLE ESTATES" This Ordinance grants variations from the lot width requirement, pursuant to the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals and Village Board. (Exhibit J) IX. MANAGER'S REPCRT A. A RESOLUTION MAKING CERTAIN APPROPRIATION TRANSFERS WITHIN THE ANNUAL BUDGET ADOPTED FOR FISCAL 1981-82 This Resolution transfers funds into various accounts. (Exhibit K) B. A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL 1982-83 Pursuant to the various hearings held on the proposed budget, this Resolution officially adopts the budget for 1982-83 (Exhibit L) C. Bid Results. - 1. Replacement of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, pavement and storm sewers at School Street and Berkshire D. Water Storage Tank Repairs Consider a motion to ratify the action of the Village Manager to authorize Steel Maintenance Corporation to proceed with repairs to the water storage tank for an amount not to exceed $4,000. E. Status Report X. NEW BUSINESS A. ZBA 25-Z-811 1740 W. Dempster St. This request is to re -zone the subject property from B-3 to B-4 for a service station. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended a special use be granted in the existing B-3 zoning in order to operate a service station. B. ZBA 2 -SU -82 and ZBA 3-V-82, McDonalds - Rand & Elmhurst Roads The request is for a special use to allow a drive-- th and for a variation from the required loading space., The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval of the requests as stated in the attached minutes. C. ZBA 4-V-821 1310 River Road This case was continued to the next Zoning Board meeting. D. ZBA 5-V-82, 310 West Northwest Highway OMMMINOW This request is for a variation from the requirements of the Sign Code relative to placement of the sign.
