(Exhibit A) B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance deletes one Class "W" liquor WANUMA. (Exhibit D) C. 2nd reading of Alm ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT LAND LYING IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD P ' RINCIPAL MERIDIAN, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS This Ordinance provides for -the annexation of land commonly known as "Lincoln Circle Estates Subdivision", lying west of Meier Road, south side of Lincoln Street. No Parking on east side of Weller Lane. This Ordinance grants a variation from the Code requiring a minimum lot width of 65 feet. (Exhibit G. Lincoln Circle Estates Plat of Subdivision I. MANAGER'S REPORT A. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 1982 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ENTITLEMENT PROGRAM This Resolution, as required by HUD, sets forth the area utilizing Community Development Block Grant funds. (Exhibit H B. Status Report X. NEW BUSINESS A. The following recommendations were made by the Safety Commission at their February lst meeting.- 1. No Parking on east side of Weller Lane. Safety Commission recommends denial. 2. STOP sign at Yates Lane and Thayer Street. Safety Commission recommends denial. B. The following recommendations were made by the Safety Commission at their March lst meeting: 1. Permit two-way traffic on Helena, just south of Lincoln Street, and to permit parking on both sides of street. Safety Commission recommends parking be permited on southern portion of Helena, east and west sides of street, and to retain one-way street. 2. One a request to designate Wille Street as a one-way street, the Safety Commission recommends denial of request. 3., A request to reverse traffic flow in shopping center at Central and Main. was received. The Safety Commission recommends denial. C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING MEMBERSHIP IN THE NORTHWEST MUNICTPAT. CONFERENCE CABLE CONSORTIUM (LEVEL I) This Ordinance indicates the Village's desire to participate in a Cable T.V. task force (Level 1) (Exhibit J) D. lst reading' of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING MEMBERSHIP IN THE CABLENET INTERGOVERNMENTAL CABLE COUNCIL (Level 2) This Ordinance indicates the Village's desire to participate in a task force to regulate and enforce applicable ordinances relative to the franchise agreement with Cablenet, Inc. (Exhibit K), E. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NORTHWEST MUNICIPAL CONFERENCE SOLID WASTE TASK FORCE The Village Board has previously authorized $7,000 towards the solid waste study. This Resolution officially acknowledges the Village as a participant in this study. (Exhibit L) F. ZBA 1-A-82, Text Amendment This case deals with the proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, setting forth specific zoning requirements for game rooms and amusement devices. XI.
