MAYOR'S REPORT A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 ENTITLED "ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DEALERS" OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance provides for a Class "S" liquor license, establishes the definition of Lounge and the fee for such license. OLD BUSINESS A. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 23 ENTITLED "TRESPASS" OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance provides for additional verbage relatii7e to 'parental responsibility'. (Exhibit B B., 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE VILLAGE CODE In accordance with the recommendation of the Safety Commission and Village Board, this Ordinance provides for "No Parking" on Wheeling Road from Kensington to a point 150,feet north, and "No Left Turn" between the'ho.urs of 4 P.M. and 6 P.M. from northbound Emerson onto Central Road. (Exhibit C C. ZBA 31-A-81, Text Amendment This­caswas remanded back to the Zoning Board of Appeals by -the Village Board and deals wi-th proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance relative to residential care homes. The..'Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval 'Wi-th,�,Tnodifications as presented in the attached report. I.X. NEW BUSINESS A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE VII OF CHAPTER 11 ENTITLED "COIN -IN SLOT DEVICES" RELATIVE TO LICENSE FEES AND REGULATIONS FOR ELECTRONIC GAME MACHINES In line with the review of electronic game machine regulations, this Ordinance proposes amendments to the licensing and regulations on such machines. (Exhibit D B. The following recommendations were made by the Safety Commission to amend the Traffic Code 1. STOP sign at Willow Lane and Robert Drive, east and westbound. Safety Commission recommends approval of request. 1 2. STOP sign at Connie and Audrey Lanes, westbound. Safety Commissioln recommends denial. 3. 25 MPH limit on Audrey, entire jurisdiction. Safety Commission recommends approval. 4. No Left Turn from Central Road onto Wa Pella. Safety Commission recommends,denial.' 5. Remove One -Way restri,ction fiom-Albert St., -between Central Road -and Henry Street. Safety Commission recommends approval. 6. STOP sign on Evanston at Northwest Highway.
