PROCLAMATION - 71st Anniversary of Campfire B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 ENTITLED "ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DEALERS" OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance establishes a Class "S" liquor license classification, as well as establishing a definition of "lounge" and setting forth the fee for a Class "S" liquor license. (Exhibit A) C. Request for a Class "D" liquor license for the Mount Prospect Park District. D. lst reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 ENTITLED '"ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DEALERS'" OF THE VILLAGE CODE. ZBA 31-V-81, Text Amendment, Residential Care Homes lst reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE" OF THE VILLAGE CODE In line with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Village Board, this Ordinance provides for the regulations governing residential care homes. (Exhibit C4' B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE I ENTITLED "PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS" OF CHAPTER 11 OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance establishes the definition for Amusement Device and Game Room. (Exh'bit D' C. 2nd reading Of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE VII ENTITLED "COIN-IN SLOT DEVICES" OF CHAPTER 11 OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance sets forth the regulations and fees for electronic game devices. (Exhibit D. 2nd reading Of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE VIII ENTITLED "GAME ROOM-(;" OF CHAPTER 11 This Ordinance establishes regulations for game rooms (arcades). A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS This Resolution authorizes an MFT appropriation of $120,000 for the Mount Prospect/Central/Rand Road improvement pursuant to the recently received invoice from the State of Illinois.
