This ordinance adds one (1) Class “V” liquor license (Wine Only Package) for Zenitram
Group, LLC d/b/a/ Vino 100, 110 South Emerson Street.

1. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (Exhibit B)
AND DEVELOPMENT CODE EXCEPTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
103 SOUTH MAPLE STREET
This ordinance grants a six (6) month extension of Conditional Use permit granted
by Ordinance 5404 and a Development Code exception for storm water detention.
The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0.
2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT (Exhibit C)
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THE MOUNT
PROSPECT HISTORICAL SOCIETY, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
This resolution grants approval of an off-site parking agreement for four (4)
parking spaces in the municipal deck.

1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1429 WIGWAM TRAIL
This ordinance grants a conditional use permit for the construction of a
circular drive. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended
approval by a vote of 7-0.

1. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OFTHE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1040 W. NORTHWEST HIGHWAY
This ordinance rezones the subject property from B1 Business Office to R2
Attached Single Family Residence to allow a 17 unit townhome development.
The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended by a vote of 5-2
super majority
to deny the request; adoption of the ordinance requires a
vote for approval.

2. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (Exhibit F)
AND VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1040 W. NORTHWEST
HIGHWAY
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit
Development, and a Variation for lot coverage to allow the construction of a
17 unit townhome development. The Planning and Zoning Commission
has recommended by a vote of 5-2 to deny the request; adoption of the
super majority
ordinance requires a vote for approval.

C. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE (Exhibit G)
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance implements components of the Village’s new “Residential Intersection
Traffic Control” program and the “Residential Speed Limit” program for Zone 12.

D. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 19 (HEALTH REGULATIONS) (Exhibit H)
CHAPTER 11 (MERCHANTS AND BUSINESSES) AND APPENDIX A OF THE
VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance represents changes to Chapters 11 and 19 deemed necessary
to create a more concise and understable code as it relates to scavengers and
solid waste collection services and fee structure.

E. Request for Village Board approval to accept Public Improvements for Chilelli’s
Subdivision, Golf Road and Deborah Lane
Public and private improvements for Chilelli’s Subdivision have been satisfactorily
completed and staff recommend approval of this project.

F. Request for Village Board approval to accept Public Improvements Hill Street
Nature Center, 501 East Rand Road
Public and private improvements for the Hill Street Nature Center have been
satisfactorily completed and staff recommend approval of this project.
