RESOLUTION NO. 19-76
A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICE EXTENDED
BY MARIE T. HARD
WHEREAS, MARIE T. HARD has devoted eleven years of faithful and
dedicated service to the Village of Mount Prospect, during which
years she served loyally and well as Deputy Village Clerk; and
WHEREAS, MARIE T. HARD has through these years devoted her time,
experience, knowledge and dedication to the position of Deputy
Village Clerk; and
WHEREAS, MARIE T. HARD has been the faithful custodian of all
Village records, and has spent countless hours in recording the
minutes of Village Board meetings, transferring them to the
permanent records of the Village; and
WHEREAS, MARIE T. HARD, together with the elected Village Clerk,
has had the responsibility for the conduct of all Village
elections; and
WHEREAS, the residents of the Village of Mount Prospect are
indebted to MARIE T. HARD for her distinguished service to our
Village; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect desire to express to MARIE T. HARD on behalf of all the
residents of the Village their gratitude to her for her dedicated
and distinguished service to the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That by this Resolution the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect express to MARIE T. HARD
their deep gratitude for her dedicated, faithful and constructive
service to the Village of Mount Prospect as its Deputy Village
Clerk.
SECTION TWO: That a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the
minutes of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
as a perpetual memento and that a certified copy of same be
suitably engraved upon parchment and delivered to MARIE T. HARD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the
manner provided by law.
