This ordinance deletes one (1) Class “K” (Self Service Kitchen) liquor license issued
to Spice Rack Kitchen Suites, 1776 West Golf Road. This business has closed
permanently.

1 reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 3797 (SPECIAL USE
GRANTED TO OPERATE AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN THE B5 BUSINESS DISTRICT)
This ordinance amends the language from Special Use to Conditional Use and grants
a variation to allow an animal hospital to provide four-off street parking spaces for the
subject property. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended denial
by a vote of 6-0, with one abstention; the ordinance requires a super majority vote for
approval.
(At the request of the petitioner this ordinance has been deferred until the
August 15, 2006 Village Board meeting.)

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 14 NORTH MARCELLA ROAD
This resolution grants a final plat of resubdivision to create two lots of record. The
Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-0.
C. St. Paul Lutheran Church requests an extension of the zoning approval granted by
the Village Board in 2005; PZ-10-05, 100-112 SOUTH SCHOOL STREET.
