ZBA 67-V-86, 401 Craig Court 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 401 CRAIG COURT This ordinance grants variations to permit a 3 -car garage, to allow a driveway width of 31 feet, and a garage 714 sq. ft. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting these variations by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit 11) B. ZBA 69 -V -86t 714 Noah Terrace 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 714 NOAH TERRACE This Ordinance grants a variation to allow a patio within the required 25 ft. rear yard, The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended approval of this request by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit C) C. ZBA 68-V-86, 410 Craig Court 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 410 CRAIG COURT This Ordinance grants variations to permit a 3 -car garage and a 30 foot wide driveway with an 1811 decorative strip on either side of the driveway. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended approval of all variations requested by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit D) D, ZBA 70 -V -86F 304 North Dale 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 304 NORTH DALE This Ordinance grants a variation to permit an accessory structure 7 feet from a principal structure instead of the required 10 feet. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting the -remaining variation by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit E) IX', NEW BUSINESS A. ZBA 71-V-86, Mount Prospect Plaza The Petitioner in this case is requesting variations to permit a zero foot rear lot line and 10 foot side yard. The Zoning Board of - Appeals recommended granting these variations by a vote of 5-0. B ZBA 1 -SU -87, Opus Corporation The Petitioner is requesting a Special Use in the nature of a planned unit development in order to construct a 6 story office building, The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended denial due to a 3-3 vote. C ZBA 2-V-87, 4 S. Owen The Petitioner is requesting a variation to permit an FAR .397 instead of .35 as permitted in order to add a 2nd floor to a single family home. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting the variation by a vote of 6-0. D.
