ZBA 71-V-86, Mount Prospect Plaza 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS MOUNT PROSPECT PLAZA This ordinance grants variations to permit a zero foot rear yard and a 10 foot side yard,, The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting these variations by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit B) B. ZBA 2-V-86, 4 S. Owen 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4 SOUTH OWEN This Ordinance grants a variation to allow a Floor Area Ratio of .397 rather than the permitted .35. The Board of Appeals recommended approval of this request by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit C) C. PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing to consider the involuntary annexation of approximately 55 acres generally located east of Busse Road, west of Higgins Creek, south of Algonquin Road, north of the Tollway, will be held at the next regular meeting of the Village Board on February 17th. D. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT LAND LYING IN SECTION 231 TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN COOK COUNTY (Exhibit D) E.
