This Ordinance creates a Class 11Z" liquor
license that would permit the Snuggery, upon
annexation, to continue existing operations for
a period of one year.
B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13
This Ordinance deletes one Class "B" liquor
(Exhibit A)
license, issued to Stagger Lee's, 303 East
Kensington Road. This establishment has gone out
of business. (Exhibit B)
C. Request of new owners of O'Neils Sports Cafe, 303
East Kensington Road, for a Class "S" liquor
license,

OF MOUNT PROSPECT LAND LYING IN SECTION 23,
TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN COOK COUNTY (Exhibit C)
C. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE APPROVING REAL ESTATE
PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ELM AND EVERGREEN STREETS
This Ordinance authorizes entering into a purchase

A. Request to approve the Kathcon Subdivision Plat and
modifications from the Development Code.
The subject property is located immediately north
of Crumley Basin on the east side of Busse Road.
The Plan Commission recommended approving both
requests by a vote of 5-0.
B. Mini -Mart Manor Resubdivision & Development Code
Modifications.
The petitioner is requesting approval of the Plat
of Subdivision and various modifications from the
development. The subject property is located at
the northwest corner of Busse and Golf Roads. The
Plan Commission voted 4-1, therefore denying the
subdivision request and recommended 5-0 to approval
the requested modifications for the Development
Code.
C. Accept public improvements for Marces Manuf'acturingo,
600 Carboy Roads
