ZBA 34-Z-87, 101-103 S. Maple St. The Petitioner is requesting a rezoning from R-1 to P-1 Parking District to remove a single family home and construct a parking lot for the Mount Prospect State Bank. The Zoning Board of Appeals voted to grant the request by a vote of 5-0. B. ZBA 40 -Z -87F 41-V-87, Harvest Home Partilers 22 acre farm East of and adjoining Courtesy Home Center, Rand Road. The Petitioner in this case is requesting rezoning from R -X to R-1 Single family and also a variation to allow lots less than 65 feet wide. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting of the 41 requests by votes of 4-0. IV. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A.
