The following iter., were continued from the
December 1st meeting.
le A -request to rezone the subject property
from R -X to R-1 in order to create a 4 lot
subdivision on a cul de sac. The Zoning Board
of Appeals recommended unanimously to grant
this request.
2. Request for variation to permit a 21.481
front lot width on the cul de sac and a 6.51
rear property line. By a unanimous vote, the
Zoning Board of Appeals recommended
denying these variations,,
3. Request for modifications from Chapter 16
(Development Code) to permit a non -radial lot line
to the cul de sac center and lot depth of less
than 120 feet. The Plan Commission recommended
granting these requests*

The Plan Commission recommended approving this
Subdivision by a vote of 6-1.

lst reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP WITH RESPECT TO THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
IN AN R -X SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
This Ordinance rezones the subject property from
R -X, assigned upon annexation, to R--1 in order to
construct a single family home. The Zoning Board
of Appeals recommended granting this request by a
vote of 6-4.

This Ordinance deletes the fees for Zoning requests
from Chapter 14 (Zoning) and amends certain
definitions.
