Meier Road The following iter., were continued from the December 1st meeting. le A -request to rezone the subject property from R -X to R-1 in order to create a 4 lot subdivision on a cul de sac. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended unanimously to grant this request. 2. Request for variation to permit a 21.481 front lot width on the cul de sac and a 6.51 rear property line. By a unanimous vote, the Zoning Board of Appeals recommended denying these variations,, 3. Request for modifications from Chapter 16 (Development Code) to permit a non -radial lot line to the cul de sac center and lot depth of less than 120 feet. The Plan Commission recommended granting these requests* 4. Meier Me,, -ws Plat of Subdivision The Plan Commission recommended approving this Subdivision by a vote of 6-1. B. ZBA 84-V-87, 234 South Douglas lst reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP WITH RESPECT TO THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN AN R -X SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT This Ordinance rezones the subject property from R -X, assigned upon annexation, to R--1 in order to construct a single family home. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-4. C. ZBA 21-A-87, Text Amendments 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SPECIFIED SECTION OF CHAPTER 14 ENTITLED "ZONING" This Ordinance deletes the fees for Zoning requests from Chapter 14 (Zoning) and amends certain definitions. D. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SPECIFIED FEES FOR ZONING REQUESTS This Ordinance establishes fees for requests from Chapter 14 (Zoning Ordinance) IX, NEW BUSINESS A.
