ORDINA'lCE NO. 2165
AN ORDL"lANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2160
WHEREAS, it has become apparent that there was a clerical error in the legal
description found in Section One (1) of Ordinance No. 2160; and
WHEREAS, the Judiciary Camni ttee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect did meet on June 12, 1969, to reconsider the amendment of the
said description and did determine that the same would be in the best interest
of the Village of Mount Prospect; and
WHEREAS J the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
have determined that the best interest of the Village of Mount Prospect will
be attained by the adoption of the said amendment;
NOW, 'lliEREroRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUS'IEES OF THE
VIlLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SEaDION ONE: That the legal description found in Section One of Ordinance
2160, passed and approved April 1, 1969, be and is hereby corrected by de-
leting fran the first line thereof "210.54" and substituting therefore
"202.50", so that the said legal description shall hereafter be and read as
follows:
"The South 202.50 feet of the North 886.10 feet of that part of the North
Weat quarter of the North East quarter of Section 34, Township 42 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying South West of the
center of F.and Road except the West 575.61 feet thereof, in Cook County,
Illinois."
SECTION TWO: That all of the said Ordinance No. 2160, except the legal
description contained in the said Section One (1) therein, shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION THREE: That the Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner proVided by
law.
