WA PELLA This Ordinance grants a variation to allow a 3 foot side yard setback instead of the required 5 feet for a detached garage. The Zoning Board of of Appeals recommended unanimously to grant the request. E. ZBA 68-V-88, 506 West. Lonnquist Boulevard 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 506 WEST LONNQUISE BOULEVARD This Ordinance grants variations to allow a detached garage two feet from the interior property line rather than the required 5 feet. The Zoning Board recommended denying this request by a vote of 1-4. F. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A MODIFICATION FROM THE DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3 NORTH WESTGATE ROAD This Ordinance modifies the requirements of the Development Code to permit a lot depth of 107 feet rather than the required 120 feet. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FOREST RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This Agreement authorizes renewing the existing contract to provide emergency fire/paramedic services to this Fire District. (Exhibit M) X. VILLAGE NANAGER' S REPORT A. Request to waive bidding process and authorize repairs to sanitary sewer improvement, Northwest Highway B. Request to increase Prospect Meadows Sanitary District Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project C. Request to increase Village Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project D. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CERTIFICATE OF INCUMBENCY BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO PURSUANT TO AN ESCROW AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THE ALTER GROUP This Resolution authorizes the Village to open an Escrow Account pursuant to Resolution No. 3-88 relative to subject of street lights in this new industrial park.
