This Ordinance grants variations to allow
a 10 foot exterior side yard instead of the
required 20 feet; a 5 foot interior side yard
instead of the required 10 feet; a 3 foot rear
yard instead of the required 15 feet, (Exhibit B)

This Ordinance grants a variation to allow
a 3 foot side yard setback instead of the required
5 feet for a detached garage. The Zoning Board of
of Appeals recommended unanimously to grant the
request.

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS
FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS
506 WEST LONNQUISE BOULEVARD
This Ordinance grants variations to allow
a detached garage two feet from the interior
property line rather than the required 5 feet.
The Zoning Board recommended denying this request
by a vote of 1-4.
F. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A
MODIFICATION FROM THE DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3 NORTH WESTGATE ROAD
This Ordinance modifies the requirements of
the Development Code to permit a lot depth of
107 feet rather than the required 120 feet. The
Plan Commission recommended granting this
request by a vete of 6-0.

B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH A 9-1-1
EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SYSTEM AND TO PROVIDE A
METHOD OF FUNDING SUCH A SYSYEM
This Ordinance authorizes a referendum question
to be placed on the ballet for the April 4, 1989
election relative to funding the 911 program as
well as setting forth the method of funding. (Exhibit L)

BETWEEN THE FOREST RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

This Agreement authorizes renewing the existing
contract to provide emergency fire/paramedic
