Announcements 1. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 747 S. MEIER ROAD This Ordinance grants a variation to permit a 31' front lot width on the cul de sac and a 6.51 rear property line. (Exhibit A) 2. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING MODIFICATIONS FROM CHAPTER 16 (DEVELOPMENT CODE) This Ordinance grants modifications from the Development Code to permit a non -radial lot line to the cul de sac center and lot depth of less than 120 feet. (Exhibit B) 3. Meier Meadows Plat of Subdivision The Plan Commission recommended approving this Subdivision by a vote of 6-1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE FOR THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS MOUNT PROSPECT PLAZA IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT The Petitioner is also requesting a Special Use to permit 3 satellite dishes on one lot of record. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting these requests by votes of 4-0. (Exhibit G) IX. NEW BUSINESS A:. A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE APPLICATION OF STENOGRAPH CORP FOR COOK COUNTY CLASS 6b TAX EXEMPTIONS (Exhibit H) B. Name change for Courts of Kennicott. C. ZBA 81 -AP -87 - ZBA 82 -V -87F 2013 - 2019 E. Euclid This case has been continued in order to request Development Code modifications at the Plan Commission level. X. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Extension of the 1983 Water Meter Contract. B. Acceptance of Prospect Meadows Sanitary Sewer District. C. Status Report B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE ENLARGING SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NO. 5 Pursuant to the procedures, a Public Hearing was held on November 4, 1987 for the purpose of considering the enlargement of Special Service Area No. 5 to include the newly annexed areas. A sixty day period was afforded those considering opposition to this action. The 60 day period has elapsed. (Exhibit C) C. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HE CHAPTER 7 (SIGN REGULATIONS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE (Exhibit D) D. ZBA 84 -V -87r 1003 Hemlock Avenue 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1003 HEMLOCK AVE IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT The Petitioner is requesting a variation to permit an above ground swimming pool 10 feet from the rear property line and 7 feet beyond the building line. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit E) E. ZBA 85-A-87 and 86 -SU -871 Walgreens (Plaza) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 14 ENTITLED "ZONING" OF THE VILLAGE CODE The Petitioner is requesting a text amendment governing satellite dishes in a B-3 District as a Special Use. (Exhibit F) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE FOR THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS MOUNT PROSPECT PLAZA IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT The Petitioner is also requesting a Special Use to permit 3 satellite dishes on one lot of record.
