All members voted Aye and Chairman Weibel declared the minutes approved. SUBDIVISIONS A. 2013-2019 E. Euclid Ave. Petitioner requested a continuance until February 17, 1988s. B B. Hemphill/T.I.F. Developments Applicant, was seeking variations frbm Development Code Requirements., 'in order to: 1) reduce the width of the driveways ;from 24' to 201; 2) not be required to install curbs and gutters along the project's interior driveways. (Prior to the start of the meeting, Mr. Sims distributed addi- tional materials regarding this issue.) PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES PAGE 2 JANUARY 2 0, 1988 John Hemphill and John green were present to represent the petitioner, Mr. Hemphill advised the Commission that the number of units had now been reduced to 51 (,from 52) owner occupied condominium units,* He also displayed drawings of the site and artist's renditions of the buildings. Staff explained the 24' driveway width requirement, with additional commentary about the issues of parking„ restri PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES PACE 3 JANUARY 20, 1988 COMMITTEE REPORTS A. Community Development: The Committee Chairman was absent. Mr. Sims advised the Commission that hearings are required to discuss the proposals and needs for the CsD*B.C. A combination meeting will be held on February 3rd. . Public notices will be issued, BA, Comprehensive Plan: No report. Mr. Park, will be present at the February 3rd meeting to assist the Commission with a critical review of the draft of the Comprehensive Plan. C. Development Code: No report. O. Text Amendment: Mr. Velasco, reported that the Sign Board had requested the opportunity to conduct a meeting to discuss the proposed text changes; the Board granted a continuance. A text amendment for satellite ito antennae was passed at the 1/.19 Village ,Board meeting, OLD BUSINESS A. Mr. Weibel reported that some renewals of Ulan Commission terms had been misstated and those that had read 1989 were in error and should have read 1992, The correct dates were shown in Village Beard minutes. B. Ms. Wang has submitted a letter of resignation to Mr. Weibel; he requested members to submit names of possible candidates, C."NOMM000 MI.D Ikon Weibel noted that "While the Commission had received additional material, at a previous meeting, it was unable to discuss it because some information was still missing, Mr. Sims made a redistribution of these items.
