WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect heretofore on July 18, 1969 conducted a public hearinr, under Case No. 69-26p on a request for a zoning classification change from R...X (Single _ family Residence District) to R-l (Single - family Residence District) of certain property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was J'TIade in the manner provided by law; and \>./HEREAS, the Plan Commission has determined that the zoning change is in accord with the Comprehensive Plan in that area and would in no way be detrimental to the Village of 'tJ'.ount Prospect; and \.<JHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of ~bunt Prospect has reconm:ended that the zoning change be p;ranted; and WHEFEAS, the Judiciary COIl1!'!1ittee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect did meet on August 26, 1969 and reviewed Case No. 69-26p, and have reconm:ended that the Board of Trustees of the Villag;e of Mount Prospect concur with the Plan Commission of the Villa,ge of ~bunt Prospect; and WrlEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of ~.ount Prospect have determined that the best interests of the Village of lVbunt Prospect will be attained by the adoption of the Plan CorntTlission's recommendation on Case No. 69-26P regarding the subject property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'l' ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOAPD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF rvDUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That maps lO-N, ll-N, and 12-N of the zoning Ordinance of the Village of fVbunt Prospect, as amended, be and are hereby further amended by reclassifying from R-X (Single - family Residence District) to B-1 (Single family residence District) the following described parcels of property: Parcell: All of Bluett's Fairview Gardens including all public streets, parks and school grounds in the aforesaid Bluett's Fairview Gardens being a subdivision of part of the Hest 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 and of part of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 42 North, F.ange II, East of the Third Principal fv"eridian in Cook County, Illinois together with, All of First Addition to Bluett's Fairview Gardens including all public streets, parks and school rrounds in the aforesaid First Addition to Bluett's Fairview Gardens being a subdivision of part of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 and of part of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 Section 35, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal IVIeridian in Cook County, Illinois. together with, All of Second Addition to Bluett's Fairview Gardens including all public streets, parks and school grounds in the aforesaid Second Addition to Bluett's Fairview Gardens being a subdivision of part of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 and of part of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the ThirdPrinCipal Meridian in Cook County. Illinois (excepting from the aforesaid Second Addition to Bluett's Fairview Gardens Lot 171, together with all of the vacated Henry Street lying South of and adjoining said Lot 171 and also excepting Lot 197 together with all of Homer Lane lying West of and adj oining said Lot 197, in the aforesaid Second Addition to Bluett's Fairview Gardens), together with, All of Third Addition to Bluett's Fairview Gardens including all public streets in the aforesaid Third Addition to Bluett's Fairview Gardens being a sub- division of part of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal JI'Ieridian in Cook County, Illinois, (excepting from and aforesaid subdivision Lots 302 and 303 and the 20 feet public alley sur- rounding said Lots and the public road 50 feet wide known as \.<lolf Road lying East of and ad,j oining said Lots 302 and 303 and also excepting Lots 304 and 305 in the aforesaid subdivision together with the public road 50 feet wide known as Central Road lying South of and adj oining said Lots 304 and 305). Goelz's Prospect Gardens being a subdivision of the West 1/2 of the \vest 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 together with the East 2/3 of the North 3/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal JVeridian in Cook County, Illinois, together with all that part of 1tlestgate Road being 40 feet wide which lies West of and adj oining Lots 6,7, and 8 aforesaid and also all that Part of Westgate Road being 80 feet wide which lies \~est of and adjoining Lots 9, 10 and 11 aforesaid and also that part of Central Road lying North of the South line of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, aforesaid which lies South of and adjoining Lot 4 in C.A. Goelz's Prospect Gardens aforesaid, and also all that part of Meadow Lane being 66 feet wide which lies South of and adjoining Lots 13 and 14 in C. A. Goelz's Prospect Gardens aforesaid. Parcel 4: Lots C, D, E and F in Wedgewood a resubdivision of Lot 1 in C. A. Goelz's Prospect Gardens being a subdivision of the 'dest 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 together with the East 2/3 of the North 3/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal fo"eridian in Cook County, Illinoi together with that part of Westgate Road being 40 feet wide which lies vJest of and adjoining Lots C, D, E and F aforesai .
