G. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE) This Ordinance prohibits parking on the south side of Henry Street between Owen & William Streets (Exhibit L) H. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 114 SOUTH ELM STREET This Ordinance authorizes execution of a contract to purchase the subject property, which is a vacant lot, as part of the Tax Increment Financing District. (Exhibit M) Io A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND COMMONWEALTH EDISON This Agreement pertains to an easement in the rear of the Public Works Annex building, 10 S. Pine. (Exhibit N) J. A RESOLUTION APROVING AN ADDITIONAL ALLOCATION TO THE FISCAL YEAR 1986 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ENTITLEMENT PROGRAM This Resolution authorizes additional monies for specific projects. (Exhibit O) K. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE VILLAGE AND THE ILLINOIS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY WITH RESPECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS BY THE AUTHORITY TO FINANCE INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL AND MANUFACTURING PROJECTS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF ILLINOIS This Ordinance authorizes the Village to assign the funds allocated to the Village for Industrial Revenue Bonds to the Illinois Development Finance Authority.
