PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
114 SOUTH ELM STREET
This Ordinance authorizes execution of a contract
to purchase the subject property, which is a vacant
lot, as part of the Tax Increment Financing

Io A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND
COMMONWEALTH EDISON
This Agreement pertains to an easement in the rear
of the Public Works Annex building, 10 S. Pine.

This Resolution authorizes additional monies for
