F. ZBA 2-A-86, Text Amendments
The proposed text amendments in this case are:

overrides a denial by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
3. To clarify the language for off-street
parking.
4. To grandfather lots less than the
required width or area.
5. To require official notification to
petitioner and petitioner's attorney.
The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended approval
of amendments 1, 2, 3, and 5 by a vote of 6-0.
