Pizzeria, 1520 N. Elmhurst Road, formerly known as
Prospect Gyros, to continue operation under the
existing Class "W" liquor license.

VIII. OLD BUSINESS
A. Busse School Parking Lot
The Village has received two conflicting petitions
regarding the desire of residents to install a parking
lot at the Busse School property. The staff has
prepared an analysis and recommendations that the lot
be installed so that the property can conform to the
Village's zoning and public improvement standards.
Residents in the neighborhood have been invited to
attend this meeting.

D. Kensington Center Plat of Resubdivision XVIII
This plat divides existing parcels into different
lot sizes. The Plan Commission recommends approval
of this resubdivision.

Lonnquist Boulevard Lots
Bids were opened on Monday, March 10th for the sale
of the 3 lots owned by the Village on Lonnquist
Boulevard, the following Ordinances authorize the
sale of each lot to the highest qualified bidders.

SALE OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1002 WEST
LONNQUIST BOULEVARD

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND PACE
This Resolution authorizes the annual Agreement
between the Village of Mount Prospect and PACE
in conjunction with the Village's senior citizen
taxi program

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE
BY PUBLIC AUCTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance authorizes the sale of 2 dump
trucks, which have been replaced. The sale by
auction,is in conjunction with the Northwest
Municipal Conference annual event.
