TRUSTEE COMMENTS
Trustee Wilks noted that the Northwest Municipal Conference was
developing a proposed model Parental Responsibility Ordinance.
Trustee Henddcks asked if there were any further developments SEMAR/BUSSE
in the proposal for Semar Builders to acquire properties on the east ROAD
side of Bussa Road and develop those property into a single family DEVELOPMENT
home subdivision.
The representative of the owner of 115 South Bussa Road stated that
an offer had been made on his property, however, the amount wasn't
acceptable.
It was noted that inasmuch as this subject had been voted on, if
the Petitioner wanted to proceed with the development a new ZBA
case would have to be filed seeking rezoning and reflecting the
legal description of all the properties involved.
Truste® Clowes expressed his opposition to an ad taken out by
the Northwest Municipal Conference on a political issue, which
ad was paid for by the Conference, with means taxpayers actually
.paid for the ad.
