1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 801 WEST KENSINGTON ROAD, PROSPECT HIGH
SCHOOL
This ordinance grants a Variation to allow one (1) 60' roof mounted antenna. The
Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the Variation by
a 6-0 vote.

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO A DETERMINATION
OF THE PREVAILING WAGE RATES
This Ordinance, required by the State of Illinois, adopts the prevailing wages
established by the State of Illinois for public works projects provided by contractors.
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11, (MERCHANTS AND
BUSINESSES) OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance amends Section 11.2301 "License Required" and Section 11.2303
"General Operating Requirements for Scavengers" under Article XXIII, "Secondhand
Dealers and Scavengers."

D. Request to waive bid process and award contract to rewire voice and data cabling at Police
and Fire Headquarters in an amount not to exceed $62,101.
