WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect heretofore on February 16, 1973, conducted a public hearing I under Case No. 73-4p, on a request for a zoning classification change from R-X (Single Family Residence District) to R-l (Single Family Residence District) of certain property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made in the manner provided by law; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has determined that the zoning change is in accord with the Comprehensive Plan in that area and would in no way be detrimental to the Village of Mount Prospect; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect has recommended that the zoning change be granted; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of ., Mount Prospect have determined that the best interests of the I Village of Mount Prospect will be attained by the adoption of I the Plan Commission's recommendation on Case No. 73-4p I regarding the subject property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF I TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: I SECTION ONE: That Map l(A)-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by reclassifying from R-X (Single Family Residence District) to R-l (Single Family Residence District) the following described parcel of property: PARCEL NO. 1 I I , I I I The East Half (1/2) (Except that part thereof described as follows: Beginning at the South- west corner of said East Half (1/2) running thence East along the South line of said East Half (1/2) 165.3 feet; thence North parallel with the West line of said East Half (1/2), 270 feet; West parallel with the South line of said East Half (1/2) 165.3 feet to the West line of said East Half (1/2) thence South along the West line of said East Half (1/2) 270 feet to the place of beginning; and also excepting from said tract the North 132 feet of the South 534 feet thereof), of the South- east Quarter (1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 10, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. p II II I PARCEL NO. 2 The North One Hundred Thirty-Two (N.132) feet of the South Five Hundred Thirty-Four (S.534) feet of the East Half (1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Forty-one (41) North, Range Eleven (11), East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of 12:01 A.M., May 2,1973, and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
